So for a number of reasons I can't use the launcher to patch WoW automatically. I remember manually patching WoW a few times years back, but it's pretty different now. There is no updater exe to run any more, for example.
Could someone who knows how to manually patch 5.x.x explain to me exactly which files I'll need (I grabbed some MPQs off a friend via skype, but I don't know what else I'll need), and also how to install them? All the guides I can find online refer to far older versions of the game and are therefore totally outdated and irrelevant.
